This stunning ground-up multifamily project outside of Austin boasts more than 7,000 square feet of amenity space that’s brimming with texture and bold color. Wells Junction's unique architectural style lent a modern flair for the Texas inspired interiors. This project was stabilized in record time with strong appeal in the marketplace, and later successfully sold and rebranded as Wells Park Apartments.
