Located in Houston’s vibrant Montrose neighborhood, UNITi Montrose introduces a new way of living—one that fosters community while preserving flexibility. The co-living model allows residents to independently lease a private bedroom and bathroom while sharing thoughtfully designed common spaces that support connection, creativity, and daily life.
This nine-story building features 238 co-living residences supported by more than 11,000 square feet of vibrant amenity space. Departing from conventional multifamily design, the amenity program embraces color, warmth, and a more adventurous spirit. Communal lounges, shared kitchens, a library, co-working areas, craft spaces, wellness spaces, and ten private Zoom rooms are intentionally distributed throughout the building to encourage organic interaction while still allowing for moments of focus and retreat.
A rooftop amenity and ninth-floor sky lounge offer expansive views of downtown Houston, creating a memorable setting for socializing, working, or unwinding. Additional indoor and outdoor amenity spaces extend this experience across the building, reinforcing a sense of shared purpose and everyday discovery.
