Located in the heart of the Bishop Arts District in Dallas, UNITi Bishop Arts reimagines urban living through a lens of intrigue, transformation, and layered experience. Inspired by the Magician archetype, the design invites residents into a world where the everyday feels elevated, where spaces reveal themselves slowly and moments of discovery are built into the rhythm of daily life.
This co-living community offers a flexible residential model, allowing individuals to lease private bedrooms and bathrooms while sharing a series of immersive, thoughtfully designed common spaces. Each environment is crafted to spark curiosity and connection, balancing independence with a sense of collective energy.
Departing from the expected, the amenity program leans into contrast, mood, and materiality to create an atmosphere that feels both intimate and transportive. Communal lounges, co-working areas, and wellness spaces are layered throughout the property, each with its own distinct identity. Rich textures, focal lighting, and unexpected details shape a sequence of experiences that unfold as residents move through the building.
Moments of pause and interaction are intentionally woven together, with spaces for gathering alongside quieter zones for retreat, offering a dynamic yet intuitive flow. Throughout, the design plays with perception and ambiance, creating an environment that feels ever evolving.
