This new construction senior living project is situated in Collin County along the 121 corridor, just north of Dallas. The project consists of three free-standing “custom-home” style buildings on a 1.2 acre site. With the concept’s unique concierge amenities, Teresa’s House brought WORKSHOP | studio on to the team to take this project to the next level, and truly make it feel like home for residents. Our scope of work for this project included the selection and installation of an extensive art and accessories package throughout the interior of the three buildings as well as the covered porches.

With this project’s unique location within the Craig Ranch community, and an exceptional concept focused on quality of care for seniors, this Assisted Living and Memory Care facility has been wildly successful and exceeded the ownership’s projections for lease up.
