This new construction multifamily project just north of Austin boasts more than 7,000 square feet of resident amenity space layered with bold pattern and unexpected texture.

Tapping into the surrounding community’s technology driven economy, for this project we chose The Creator Archetype to conceptually identify with the human desire for Innovation. This narrative provides opportunities for resident connection and discovery, as well as tapping into the power of the community to inspire common good.

Tech Junction's clean and modern architectural style serves as a backdrop for this project's innovative and adventurous spirit. Tech Junction is a prime example of how we use Brand Archetypes in our design process.
